Chelsea Rae Cantrell

Chelsea Cantrell is a fine artist, lecturer in the Digital Arts and Sciences, and 2D animator at the University of Florida Digital Worlds Institute.

 

Chelsea graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in animation and MFA in Illustration. Chelsea has experience working with small studio animation productions ranging from education films to Netflix productions, and independent clients ranging from Kickstarters to advertising.

 

Chelsea's external accomplishments vary from having fine art exhibitions, both group and solo, character animation screened at The New York City Indie Film Festival in 2015, visually developing and acting on-screen for promotional materials in the Digital Worlds Studio, Successfully funding a Kickstarter, and providing character and FX animation for a Netflix series.
